SCIENTISTS have received [pounds]1.6m towards research into treatment for an incurable genetic skin condition.
The charity DebRA has awarded Dundee University professors Irwin McLean and Birgit Lane the money for a five-year study of Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) , a rare genetic condition in which the skin and body linings blister at the slightest knock or rub, causing painful, open wounds.See the full content of this document
