Summary
WHO are these money-launderers and how many of them have been captured by the hoops we all have to jump through? I am sure there are a few big fish that illegally filter money through the system, but I suspect the rules in place are too crude to be able to snare them by their use alone.
In the meantime, all the interfering busybodies and bureaucratic jobsworths are poking through our legitimate business and we have inordinate problems opening bank accounts, buying and selling houses, and generally getting on with our daily lives.
