THE man accused of killing a woman and two children in a hit-and- run in Fife appeared in court yesterday charged with a series of offences.
Dean Paul Martin, 23, was remanded in custody accused of causing death by dangerous driving, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, and failing to stop following an accident.
