BEN Bradshaw, UK fisheries minister, yesterday agreed to review controversial haddock quotas that are crippling the Shetland fishing industry.

During a two-day visit to the area Mr Bradshaw acknowledged there was a "very serious problem with the whitefish sector" and a "specific problem" in Shetland .
