SANDY Crombie, chief executive of Standard Life, will outline plans for significant expansion overseas by Europe's biggest mutual at a conference in London today.
The life and pensions giant intends to focus on preparations for demutualisation and on the UK market in the run-up to its anticipated stock market flotation in 2006.
