Isle of wight This weekend: Cowes Week It's that time of year when the smart set don Hermes headscarves and shades and decamp en masse to the home of the Royal Yacht Squadron. A tradition since 1826, the Cowes Week regatta is the largest sporting event in the UK after the London marathon and attracts around 8000 sailors from around the world.
