DUNDAS & Wilson has scored another recruitment coup with the capture of Tom Usher, currently an EU and competition partner in the London office of European legal giant SJ Berwin. Usher, a Scot who was brought up in Edinburgh, becomes the first EU and competition partner to be recruited by Dundas and will head the firm's existing two-strong team in the Scottish capital.
