TEN bus drivers from the holiday island of Malta have left the warmth of the Mediterranean for the chill of the North Sea coast to start new lives, and there could be a queue to follow them.

They have been recruited by Stagecoach Bluebird to help alleviate a national shortage of drivers and have just arrived in Aberdeen, where they have been housed by the council.
