Colin Calderwood, the Hibernian manager, has admitted that he has asked Billy Brown, widely associated with city rivals Hearts, to cross Edinburgh's divide and become his assistant manager. Brown, who was assistant to his friend Jim Jefferies when Hearts lifted the Scottish Cup in 1998, and again during a second stint at Tynecastle which ended last month.
Calderwood lost his first assistant, Derek Adams, when he returned to Ross County during the summer and indicated that he would rely on his coaching team of Gareth Evans and Alistair Stevenson instead of looking for a replacement.See the full content of this document
