KEN Murray, the maverick Edinburgh entrepreneur, faces being sued by Caplay, the former Murray Financial, after the company issued a thinly-veiled threat to file for damages against its one-time chief executive.
The menace of fresh legal action comes in direct response to Murray successfully obtaining an order from the Court of Session in Scotland which had the effect of freezing some of Caplay's bank accounts. The move forced the temporary suspension of trading in Caplay shares last week.See the full content of this document
