JOHAN MJALLBY, Celtic's assistant manager, has conceded that this week is the ''most critical'' in the careers of himself and Neil Lennon, with both "battling to save our jobs''.

The pressure on the Celtic manager and his coaching staff has intensified after the draw with Hibernian on Saturday left the Parkhead club 12 points behind Rangers in the chase for the Clydesdale Bank Premier League title. Celtic play Rennes in a Europa League match at Parkhead tomorrow and then travel to Motherwell on Sunday to face a side who are three points ahead of them in the table.
