TEACHERS have been accused of "borderline cheating" after a report revealed hundreds of pupils this summer answered their exam questions using exactly the same introduction and conclusion.
The claim followed a review of the Higher history test which highlighted marked similarity in work submitted by students from the same class in about 20 schools.See the full content of this document
