THE head of one of Scotland's most famous theatres has insisted the national institution's future is secure.

Concerns were expressed over the fate of the Citizens' Theatre after it did not receive the long-term funding from the Scottish Arts Council given to other Glasgow venues such as The Arches, the Tramway and Tron Theatre.
