PEOPLE in Glasgow are set to be hardest hit by the Coalition Government's plans to cut welfare payments, Labour said yesterday.

The party highlighted research that claimed, in terms of disability living allowance (DLA) and tax credits, by 2014/15 the worst-hit constituency would be Glasgow East.
