Summary
This might be the wrong time of year to write about diet and nutrition, given the gluttony of the past few weeks. But when I'm confronted with a classroom of 12-year-olds out of their heads on fizzy drinks, that's what comes to mind.
Healthy eating and drinking has been done to death over the last decade. Everyone has been leaping on the bandwagon, warning us that as a nation we're chomping our way to early graves.
