TWO Scots doctors helped to save more than 200 lives after trekking to a "forgotten" mountain village after the Pakistan earthquake.

Dr Nadeem Bhatti and Dr Khalid Malik, both from Glasgow, travelled almost 4000 miles after images showing the devastation caused by last month's catastrophe were broadcast around the world.
