Summary

Aberdeen-born Coetzer enjoyed his most productive season, amassing 692 runs at an average of almost 63. He was loaned out by Durham to the Saltires for much of the season and his top score of 122 against Northants secured him a deal with the Wantage Road county. Only three times in 12 innings did the 27 year-old fail to reach at least 50.

Mommsen also caught the eye against county opposition in the CB40 Trophy. The Carlton man's average of 58 was the sixth highest in the competition last season and he was rewarded with a Cricket Scotland contract.
