Summary
The Labour Party manifesto, launched yesterday, is wilfully misleading. The sections on health and education are headed "The challenge for Britain", and nowhere in them is it stated that these are devolved areas. In the sections on justice and families, devolved and reserved policies are intermingled.
Meanwhile, the Scottish Conservatives have expensive billboards in key seats in Scotland boasting of how people are coming over to them because of their plans for schools and the NHS, and their website has the same for two of its six key issues in the election campaign.
