A MOTHER whose dead baby's name was stolen from a headstone by a man who created a bogus life as an aristocrat was yesterday considering legal action after the impostor's possible identity was revealed.

Audrey Wing, 62, was stunned when she learned the man who has tormented her by staying silent over his real name and background even after he was jailed last year, has been identified as a US citizen called Charles Stopford.
