Summary
THE Scottish Government has hit back over a report by Scotland's landlords, which branded the Landlord Registration Scheme a failure. The report, by the Scottish Association of Landlords, pointed out that the scheme had cost the government an estimated pound(s)5.2m while landlords had paid over pound(s)11.5m in registration fees.
