LOUISE Casey, the government's "yob czar", has been appointed to drive the government's Respect agenda in England and Wales only months after she threatened to "deck" Downing Street colleagues.
On the day Tony Blair put the issue at the heart of his agenda, it was announced Ms Casey, whose controversial behaviour appalled Whitehall colleagues, particularly in the Home Office, will head a new cross-governmental taskforce designed to instil respect throughout society.See the full content of this document
