SHOPPERS are overlooking retailers in the centre of Scotland's largest city in favour of large out-of-town developments, which has resulted in job losses in the retails sector, according to a new report.

The latest figures show that Glasgow's city centre has lost a significant number of retail jobs and may lose more as the effects of sites such as the (pounds) 200m Glasgow Fort complex in Easterhouse are felt.
