SCOTTISH Tories wanted to know yesterday why the BBC handed an unseen interview with Dr David Kelly to Lord Hutton, but refused to hand unseen interviews with Donald Dewar and Enric Miralles to Lord Fraser.

David McLetchie, the Tory leader, accused the BBC of double standards and asked Lord Fraser, who is heading the Holyrood overspend scandal inquiry, to make fresh approaches to the corporation for transcripts of the Dewar-Miralles tapes.
