Sale Sharks have announced their third Scottish signing of next season with the recruitment of the international prop Alasdair Dickinson from their Aviva Premiership rivals Gloucester.

Dickinson made his Test debut during the 2007 World Cup and has won 19 caps. He follows hard on the heels of two other forwards, Glasgow Warriors' Richie Vernon, also a full internationalist, and Edinburgh's Fraser McKenzie.
