Summary
ENCORE Oil said yesterday that its Burgman side-track well 28/9- 4z in the UK sector of the North Sea has discovered hydrocarbons in the Lower Tay sandstone area.
The well was drilled to a total depth of 5237ft. Initial analysis indicates that net oil pay of 135ft over a gross reservoir interval of 135 ft.See the full content of this document
