Summary
The total amount of land allocated for industrial and business development in the north-east of Scotland has increased by more than 17% in the past year to a total of 569 hectares, according to a report out this month.
The large increase in established employment land supply is due to the introduction of 24 new sites in the finalised Aberdeenshire local plan - objections will be heard at a public inquiry due to start in May. The new sites bring in sizeable quantities of employment land at Inverurie, Kintore and Banchory.See the full content of this document
