SCOTLAND'S continuing vulnerability to chill winds in the cut- throat global electronics sector was writ large yesterday in a fall in its total manufactured exports in the third quarter.
Jim Wallace, enterprise minister, admitted he was "disappointed" as the Scottish Executive said manufactured exports had fallen by 0.7-per cent in real terms between the second and third quarters.
