BILL Hazeldean, who sold the UK's largest seafood processing group for GBP40m in 2004, has re-entered the food sector with the purchase of two quiche-making bakery businesses in England.

The price paid by Hazeldean and his four partners is believed to be about GBP10m, although the entrepreneur declined to reveal the figure yesterday.
