CONSUMER price inflation fell for a second month running in June, the Office for National Statistics said, but remained well above the Bank of England's 2% target.

The statistics agency said UK inflation slowed to 3.2% in June from 3.4% in May with the biggest downward impact coming from transport costs, mainly due to a fall in petrol prices.
