THE Court of Appeal will today begin considering the latest stage of a battle by the security services and Government to keep secret evidence relating to the treatment of terror suspects.

Six men who were held at Guantanamo Bay are taking a civil claim for damages, alleging the UK Government was complicit in their ill- treatment.
