Another conspiracy theory shot down IT would be easy to dismiss Neil McDermott's letter (Fans With Laptops, December 17) as just another case of paranoia.
Some might also argue that his allegations could conceivably hold equal validity by swopping Rangers and Celtic around and transposing the words Aberdeen and Pittodrie in the relevant places. Dundee United have a fairly decent record against Rangers in recent years, particularly at Tannadice, and Mr McDermott's contentions are not only a gross insult to them but also to the other teams in the league.See the full content of this document
