A GLOBAL accountancy giant embroiled in the storm surrounding the resignation of Glasgow's Commonwealth Games chief executive had a two-year contract with the organisers.

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) yesterday refused to confirm or deny it is the firm which gave free tax advice worth several thousand pounds to John Scott, who resigned on Monday.
