SOME of Britain's leading companies were last night accused of misleading the public over their donations to the Asian tsunami appeal.
In a Commons debate, Tom Harris, the Labour MP for Glasgow Cathcart, said he was encouraged that many firms had donated more to the tsunami appeal than what they would normally give to good causes.
