IT is now more than four years since Fernando Ricksen departed the relative tranquillity of AZ Alkmaar to join up with Dick Advocaat's Dutch colony at Rangers. It is hard to judge who has undergone the biggest transformation during that period - Ricksen's former team or the fiery Dutchman himself.
