THREE British bankers, including the son of a senior Scottish Parliament member, yesterday argued they were being "used as a weapon" by the United States justice department to target officials in the failed energy giant Enron.
The former Greenwich NatWest investment specialists, all 42, are fighting extradition to Enron's home city of Houston, Texas, to answer seven counts of so-called wire fraud which carries a maximum sentence of 35 years.See the full content of this document
