IN your article (April 24) on the problems in the water industry, you reported that the finance committee of the Scottish Parliament had been split regarding our evidence that an error of the Scottish Executive's had resulted in substantial overcharging. The majority of the committee had disagreed with us, while the minority strongly supported our findings.
