Congratulations to The Herald for picking up on the growing anger against the unfair council tax - Is that the distant sound of a council tax rebellion heading our way? (editorial, January 3).
However, the editorial was wrong to categorically state: "A local income tax, for example, would see bills rise for households with more than one earner."
