6-7PM I'd be in a vegan restaurant in Hong Kong called Kung Tak Lam.

7-8PM I'm in Kenya in the Masai Mara to watch wildebeest. Every day they navigate a very steep ravine and one or two won't make it. That's like life - sometimes you do it elegantly, sometimes you scramble and sometimes you just don't make it.
