WATER company Highland Spring has boosted its output by 50per cent with the GBP17.5m acquisition of Dublin-based Greencore Group's bottled water division, the biggest purchase in the company's 30- year history.

Blackford, Perthshirebased Highland Spring will take over Campsie Spring in Lennoxtown, East Dunbartonshire, and Blaen Twyni in Wales, which supply own brand water to customers such as supermarkets.
