Summary
MAUREEN Mair is quite correct to remind us of the Levitican injunction against homosexuality (Letters, December 27). Inspired to study this remarkable book further I have discovered, in addition to some quite detailed and graphic instructions regarding the correct procedures for the sacrifice of bullocks and turtledoves, that it is forbidden to sowmixed seeds or to wear garments with mixed fibres (Leviticus, 19:19) .
It seems to me that the Lord must regard homosexual acts with the same degree of abomination as preparing mustard and cress while wearing a polyester-cotton shirt. Or has, perhaps, something been lost in translation?See the full content of this document
