SCOTLAND'S biggest jail needs to be demolished and rebuilt or completely redeveloped according to the prison's watchdog and its governor.

The latest report from the HM Chief Inspector of Prisons, Brigadier Hugh Monro, has highlighted the need to redevelop the jail "as soon as possible".
