Your feature in Curriculum Resources on the topic of homelessness (Society, January 24) was very welcome. This is an important topic, especially as Scottish Executive figures tell us that in 2004/05 more than 4000 young people between 16 and 17 turned to their local authority because they had nowhere safe and secure to stay.
Knowing more about homelessness and - if leaving home at a young age is a necessity - how to plan the move and what help is out there, is vital. It can make a real difference in preventing housing crises occurring in the first place.See the full content of this document
