HILTON Group, the hotels and gambling conglomerate, yesterday put the finishing touches to a GBP3.3bn deal with its US cousin Hilton Hotels that reunites the two groups after a 41-year separation.
Under the agreement, which is expected to be completed at the end of February subject to regulatory and shareholder approval on both sides of the Atlantic, Hilton Group, which also owns Ladbrokes, will become a stand-alone gambling business and will be renamed Ladbrokes.See the full content of this document
