TWO lesbians who alleged that they had been discriminated against at work because of their sexual orientation have won the right to take their case to an employment tribunal.

May Fraser and Ulrike Fell, of Commercial Street, Alyth, Perthshire, resigned from the Northlands nursing home in Blairgowrie on August 15 last year. A tribunal in Dundee noted that they had written to the couple who run the home, who trade as the Musgrove partnership, in April last year, complaining of harassment and bullying from the staff.
