Summary
THE LEAKED, incomplete Independent Police Complaints Commission report concerning the illegal police shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes on July 22 clearly showed that the short speeches made by Blair, the prime minister, and Blair, of the Metropolitan Police, were almost certainly made with the knowledge that theirwords expressing false concern for the bereaved and simultaneous vindication of a murderous act were based on untruths.
In an unpublished letter (written on July 26), I suggested that, in view of the seven head shots at close range, the first of which would have undoubtedly killed the innocent man, perhaps all three officers had fired the shots in acts of uncontrolled frenzy.See the full content of this document
