LIVINGSTON have thrown Scottish football into further confusion less than two weeks before the start of the new season by calling for a judicial review at the Court of Session into the Scottish Football Association's actions in connection with the registration of Hassan Kachloul.

The West Lothian club were today scheduled to have their appeal heard against the SPL's pounds -15,000 fine for a technical breach of the rules in the amateur registration of the Moroccan, who was paid by the club in his capacity as a commercial executive.
