TONY Blair yesterday called on Ken Livingstone to apologise for making offensive remarks to a Jewish journalist.

The prime minister's intervention followed increasing pressure on the London mayor from Labour MPs, ministers, and the media after he labelled Oliver Finegold, a London Evening Standard journalist, a "concentration camp guard".
