ONE of the largest lochs in Scotland could soon be open to watersports.
Access to Loch Leven, near Kinross, is heavily restricted to protect wildfowl populations and a private trout fishery, but sailors, windsurfers, canoeists and other non-motorised craft will have the right to use the loch under new Scottish access laws expected to come into force in November.See the full content of this document
