FURIOUS dairy farmers blockaded Scotland's major milk tanker depots yesterday, vowing to clear supermarket shelves of milk if processors did not increase their "insulting" dairy prices.

About 200 members of Farmers for Action shut down nine depots between 6am and midday to prevent tankers from processors Wiseman, Arla, and First Milk leaving to collect milk.
