DAVID MURRAY, the Rangers chairman, last night threw his weight behind manager Alex McLeish as the Ibrox side returned to Glasgow from a disappointing 1-0 loss, though still creditable performance, against Internazionale in San Siro on Wednesday night.
Murray came out in support of McLeish following weeks when a vocal minority of Rangers supporters had been clamouring for the manager's head. Rangers have yet to find momentum in their domestic league campaign, though even following the defeat in Milan, their Champions League challenge remains healthily placed.See the full content of this document
